RealWIP productivity software offers robust, affordable solutions to meet these needs and more. RealWIP software uses a thin-client, web application design that works with a variety of off-the-shelf intelligent measuring devices to monitor up to 500 machines, lines, or processes.

Most factory automation software is designed for control applications where PLCs, PCs, or embedded controllers are required. These are expensive and require specialized programming. RealWIP is designed for monitoring with a minimal amount of control. It uses off-the-shelf devices (counters, totalizers, flow meters) from a variety of vendors -- including Eaton Corp and Red Lion -- that have built-in recording, monitoring, and control functions.

The RealWIP line consists of three products designed to meet the needs of any size company:

RealWIP Data Acquisition Transmission Software (DATS)
RealWIP DATS is designed for smaller companies with up to 32 machines or lines. It has many of the same features of our larger products and it can be upgraded to RealWIP IFM at any time. RealWIP Intelligent Factory Monitor (IFM)
RealWIP IFM is our flagship product and is designed to monitor up to 500 machines in a single location. RealWIP Enterprise (Available in 2007)
RealWIP Enterprise is designed to consolidate monitoring from multiple plants and locations. It provides a summarized view of the entire enterprise and provides the same level of detail as our RealWIP IFM product. Each location to be monitored must have a RealWIP DATS or RealWIP IFM installation.
